BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — 242 student-athletes were recognized by American Water Polo (AWP) with Scholar-Athlete recognition for the 2020-21 academic year.
To receive the award, student-athletes must have at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale). If no GPA scale is utilized, the athlete must have an 87 out of 100 average. Further, athletes must have played in an AWP event, league or tournament during the season. Athletes of any age are eligible.
