Tennessee High School League
About the League
Tennessee high school water polo league was created in 2013. The league is managed by a volunteer board. The league is made up of a collection of teams located throughout the state. The Western division teams are regionally located near the city of Memphis. The Eastern division teams are regionally located near the city of Knoxville. Further team development is being focused on the Central city of Nashville.

Team are divided into division based on the location of the team.
Competition Rules
NFHS rules apply for competition except the following: 2017 NFHS Water Polo Rule Book
Each game consists of four quarters of play each lasting six minutes. 30 second shot clock.
One minute break between the first and third quarter Two minute halftime break and each team gets two full time outs.
OT Rules: Two 3:00 periods non sudden death, followed by 3:00 sudden death periods if necessary.
1 full timeout for OT regardless of TO use during regulation.
